Position: Admin Officer (Male)
Job Brief
We are looking to hire an organized administrative officer to carry out all daily administrative activities and necessary duties for effective office management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Answering telephone calls and responding to queries
- Replying to and sending emails
- Act as point of contact for the organization
- Coordinating office supplies
- Process invoices
- Supervise the daily operations of the office
- Schedule meetings and book conference rooms
- Manage office inventory
- Supporting the HR team
- Manage administrative procurement contracts and processes
Requirements
- Ability to lead and supervise diverse resources and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade others and commit them to the desired course of action
- Capacity to work simultaneously, effectively, and efficiently
- Strong client focus including good interpersonal
- Ability to operate effectively in a matrix management environment
- Building skills for building and maintaining
- Strong communication skills
- Must be computer

- OND/HND in Business Adminsytaion
