Position: Accountant
Job Brief
Worldwide Technical Services is a leading Engineering operation and maintenance. We are hiring an Accountant to manage every account payable and ensure that the process deliverables meet the COMPANY and standard specifications and are delivered within the schedule. Therefore, the ideal candidate will address all clarifications related to the process.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support in the monthly, quarterly, and annual close of AP
- Ensures compliance for Accounts Payable transactions
- Prepares account analysis
- Reconcile every accounts payable and receivable
- To work on the resolution of aged recon items more than 90 days
- Assist in the reviews and validation of accounts payable transaction
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Audit financial transactions
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in the GL or FP&A and Accounts Payable processing
- 1-3 years experience handling accounts payable transactions of multi-national companies
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Able to work well at various levels of the organization
- High analytical skills
- Attention to details
- Proficient in Excel, word and PowerPoint presentations
- Ability to deal with executives and foreign nationality business managers
Qualification
- BSC-Accounting or HND Accounting
