Job Brief
Elvaridah is based in Lekki, Lagos, inviting suitable candidates to apply for the above position. Elvaridah is a Business Development Company whose main objective is working with start-up businesses to achieve their aim. The selected candidate for this role has to be trustworthy.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and provide management with regular financial reports
- Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Manage the entire accounting transactions
- Attend to any disparity in accounting
- Providing reports on financial data
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Examining the accuracy of financial documents
- Complying with all company accounting and financial policy
Requirements
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be geographically mobile
- Proficient in the use of QuickBooks
- Excellent knowledge of accounting
- Ensure accuracy in the financial report
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Professional Accountant
- Ability to work without supervision
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
