Job Brief
We are a group of companies with an interest in construction, project management, SME business development, and consultancy with a Head office in Abuja and operational offices in Lagos, Ogun state and other Southwest states including Akwa Ibom state.
We are currently looking for an Accountant to manage all our financial transactions, from payments and variable expenses to bank deposits.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage accounting transactions
- Maintaining accurate records
- Computing taxes
- Prepare tax returns
- Publish financial statements
- Analyzing financial data
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Complying with all company policy
- Reconcile every accounts payable and receivable
- Manage balance sheets
Requirements
- Applicants must possess a minimum of second class University degree or HND in accounting
- 3-5 years of proven experience in the field of accounting
- Must be a Chartered accountant
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience with general ledger
- Good analytical skills
- Strong analytical
- Ethical behavior
- Strong attention to detail
