Position: Accountant and Storekeeper

Job Brief

We seek to hire a dedicated Accountant and Storekeeper to manage our accounting section and oversee the store activities. The ideal candidate we have to operate in two sections, supporting our operations and ensuring financial accountability.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records
  • Record all financial transactions
  • Track inventory
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Coordinate every accounting transaction
  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Coordinate financial reporting
  • Identify trends and provide insights for management
  • Process invoices
  • Maintain compliance and all regulatory rules

Requirements

  • 2 years of experience in accounting or storekeeping roles.
  • Strong knowledge of bookkeeping
  • Ability to report
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills

Qualification

  • OND / HND / B.Sc. in Accounting or Finance
