Job Brief
We are looking for reliable accountants who work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy. The ideal candidate is expected to handle various tasks and be able to beat deadlines. Nevertheless, you are to provide transparency. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of financial accounting.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and provide management with regular financial reports
- Coordinate accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts
- Manage the entire accounting transactions
- Attend to any disparity in accounting
- Providing reports on financial data
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Examining the accuracy of financial documents
- Complying with all company accounting and financial policy
Requirements
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in accounting software
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Must be a computer literate
- Proficient in the use of QuickBooks
- Excellent knowledge of accounting
- Ensure accuracy in the financial report
- Minimum of 10 years of proven experience as an Accountant
- Ability to work without supervision
