Position: Account Officer
Job Brief
A reputable company based in the heart of Lagos is currently in search of an Account officer to fill in the space. The candidate must have a good knowledge of standard expense reporting policies, procedures and regulations. The candidate must be able to prepare a timely and accurate financial analysis in payroll.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to record financial report
- Track company expenses
- Managing company payroll
- Ability to prepare accurate financial analysis
- Cross-checking invoices with payments
- Ensure accuracy in the financial report
- Address payment issues
- Monitors financial management of departmental budgets
- Record keeping
- Creating and processing invoice
Requirements
- Solid analytical skills
- Ability to work well within the team
- Proficiency in MS Excel
- Proven work experience as an Account Officer
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the travel industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting, Finance, business administration, and Economics with ACCA/ACA/ICAN certificate
