Position: Account Officer
Job Brief
We are a top leading manufacturing company located in Lagos State, we are seeking to hire reliable Account officer who work efficiently without giving up accuracy. However, you are expected to work with large amounts of numerical data and handle multiple tasks with deadlines.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain strong accurate financial records
- Performing audits and resolving discrepancies
- Providing reports on financial data
- Manage the entire accounting transactions
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Attend to any discrepancy in accounting
- Keeping account books and systems up to date
- Examining the accuracy of financial documents
- Complying with all company accounting and financial policy
- Recording of payments and disbursements
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience in accounting
- Previous experience in a healthcare facility
- Candidates must reside within Lagos Island
- Excellent knowledge of accounting
- Strong attention to detail
- Ethical behavior
- Good knowledge of financial regulation
- Attendtion to detail
- Problem solving skills
- Good experience with general ledger functions
