Position: Account Clerk

Job Brief

An Indigenous company based in Lagos require the service of an Account Clerk to perform different accounting jobs, such as keeping financial records and preparing reports

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Familiar with all accounting processes
  • Reconciles bank accounts
  • Posting daily transaction receipts
  • Assisting the accounting department
  • Coordinating  petty cash transactions
  • Sorting invoices

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in a similar role
  • Attention to detail
  • Well organized
  • Solid knowledge of accounting terms
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Able to work effectively

  • OND in related discipline
