Job brief
We are hiring a cashier to receive payments and issue receipts. The ideal candidate should have solid experience in customer service.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet customers when entering
- Resolve customer complaints
- Offer assistance to customers when needed
- Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas
- Receive payment
- Ensure accurate pricing
- Handle customer purchases by making use of the POS
- Manage transactions with customers
Requirements
- OND/HND in a relevant field
- 3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to work with a computer
- Female prefreable
- Attention to detail
- Good numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills
