A human resources management company called Exquisite Recruiter is seeking to hire an experienced Head of Brands and Marketing to be part of our dedicated team. The ideal candidate must have a good background in brand marketing and be able to drive brand strategy and create visibility across all channels within a fast-growing company in the beauty industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Coordinate the marketing team
- Plan and execute a marketing campaign
- Create brand awareness
- Drivie market positioning
- Ensure brand visibility
- Create and develop successful marketing strategies
- Promote the company brand on various marketing channels
- Develop systems for customer retention
- Build a structured sales pipeline
- Create visibility across social media channels
- Manage and oversee the digital marketing teams
- Experience with digital marketing
- Build systems for customer retention and repeat sales
- Ensure that organisational objectives are achieved
- Oversee the digital marketing team
- Support sales objectives
- Network with industry experts
- Drive brand awareness
Requirements
- Attention to detail
- Experience in the luxury or beauty industry
- Good communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Proven experience in brand and marketing strategy
- 5 years of proven experience in brand management and marketing
- Strong background in the beauty, FMCG, or lifestyle industry is a plus
- Experience in digital marketing and brand positioning
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Qualification
- BSc/HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related fields
