Job brief

At Buckler Systems we build strong civilian armored vehicles and other equipment. Buckler Systems is  seeking to hire a Production Manager who will oversee all aspects of the production activities. The production manager will ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with industry regulations and maintain top-quality standards.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the production process
• Identify and source vendors
• Effectively manage print
• Build relationships with suppliers
• Maintaining inventory of supplies
• Oversee pre-production planning
• Manage daily production activities
• Supervise raw materials inventory
• Ensure all production tools are well-maintained
• Supervise production
• Manage all aspects of the production process
• Ensure efficiency and compliance with technical standards
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment for all team members
• Develop production processes to enhance efficiency
• Ensure safety regulations
• Prepare and present detailed production reports

Requirements

• Strong leadership skills

• Prior experience in car production is a plus

Qualification

• A BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
