Position: Account Executive

The Concept Group is seeking to hire an Account Executive who will manage all our financial transactions. Ensure compliance with regulations and efficient handling of company accounts. The ideal candidate is expected to work with large volumes of numerical data and handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain all accounting records
• Process payments and commissions with referral fees
• Coordinate all invoices for referred patients, ensure accurate billing, and manage outstanding payments.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial reports
• Collaborate and support the marketing department to track the success of campaigns targeted
• Keeping account books and systems up to date
• Maintain accurate accounting records and monitor budgets
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements
• Manage cash flow and support cost-reduction initiatives
• Use accounting software and Excel to generate financial data and reports
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Maintain strong, accurate databases of all records
• Providing reports on financial data
• Manage the entire accounting transactions
• Reconcile accounts payable and receivable

Requierments

• 2 years of relevant work experience as an account officer
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software
• Solid analytical skills, ability to interpret referral data
• Ability to manage complex financial records
• Excellent knowledge of accounting
• Strong attention to detail
• Ethical behaviour, ensure good ethical behaviour in the work environment.
• Good knowledge of accounting principles
• Attention to detail, ensure accuracy in invoicing and payments
• Problem-solving skills
• Good experience with general ledger functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Build and maintain good relationships with external partners.
