Position: Chartered Accountant
Job brief
A recruiting service R & R is a human resource agency that provides recruitment, consulting, career development services, and training. R & R is currently recruiting for the position of a Chartered Accountant who would take up the role of a Chief Financial Officer, and oversee all financial activities, coordinate the accounting department.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the full financial process
- Direct the duties of the accounting team
- Implement accounting systems and processes
- Prepare monthly financial reports
- Reconcile income statements
- Conduct internal and external audits
- Preparing budgets and annual reports
- Analyzing the company’s financial systems
- Plan, set up, and administer accounting systems
- Assisting with tax plans
- Oversee audits and liaise with external auditors
- Prepare and analyze financial reports
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical and financial management skills
- Applicant must be a certified associate or fellow of ICAN
- Time management skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to manage stressful situations
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting
