Position: Business Development Executive
Job brief
South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital is currently seeking to hire a Business Development Executive to join our growing team. This role is to work with the team to develop and create a business strategy that will increase our ROI and identify opportunities.
South Shore Women’s and Children’s Hospital is well known that offer different health care services such as colposcopy, diagnostic hysteroscopy, polyps, hysteroscopic treatment of fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, laparoscopic treatment of fibroids, endometriosis, ovarian cysts, adhesions, ectopic pregnancies, laparoscopic tubal ligation, and more.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Follow up with clients to explore business opportunities
- Collaborate with the business development manager
- Provide solutions and support to clients
- Draft proposals for both new and existing clients
- Perform marketing research to identify new business
- Keep abreast of all business potentials
- Monitor and analyse sales data to identify trends
- Quick response to issues that affect sales
- Directly oversee the growth of assigned markets and clients
- Represent the company at meetings and conferences
- Drive business growth in the patient database.
- Create strategic tools and techniques to acquire clients.
- Expand business reach proactively.
- Maintain a strong, built company brand image.
- Identify and create business relationships with organisations vested in HMO’s.
- Source business development opportunities.
- Evaluate and source feedback from patients.
- Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services.
- Work closely with other departments to achieve organisational goals.
- Track and monitor the activity of company competitors.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare sector
