Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation of content for social media channels
• Engaging with visitors on all social media platforms
• Draft captions using everyday words that attract visibility
• Coordinate posting and ensure consistency in tone and image
• Responding to online comments and messages on all media platforms.
• Track online content and  performance
• Collaborate with the cross-functional team to have clear insight into projects
• Maintain our core brand voice across all media channels

Requirements

• Strong proven experience managing social media.
• Ability to create content and create brand visibility.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Attention to detail.
• Familiarity with analytics tools and trends.
• Good time management skills.
•  Strong knowledge of social media analytics tools.
