Position: StoreKeeper
Job brief
We’d like to hire a Storekeeper to maintain and oversee product inventory and distribution within the store. The ideal candidate must be able to conduct physical stock counts, manage stock effectively by keeping records, and ensure accurate stock levels.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Keeping a good record
- Check goods receipt
- Receive delivery documents
- Track the number of goods received
- Keep track of minimum inventory
- Record specifically the goods received
- Conduct regular stock audits
- Label and tag items accurately
- Restocking the store accordingly
- Dispatch goods according to
- Report any damages
Requirements
- Punctual
- Well organised
- Proven experience
- Good teamwork
- Able to work independently
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 2 years’ experience as a Storekeeper
- Able to work under pressure
Qualification
- OND, HND, B.Sc. in a relevant field of study
