However, our platform helps users connect and review qualified professionals for their property needs. Nevertheless, our top mission is to eliminate fake listings and reduce agent spam. Therefore, we need a dedicated Real Estate Agent to join our group.
Role and Responsibilities
- Connecting buyers, sellers, and tenants
- Facilitating property transactions
- Ensuring a smooth and professional experience
- Guided clients through viewings, negotiating deals
- Provide advice on the local property market
- Listing properties for sale or rent
- Ensure property transactions comply with legal and regulatory rules
- Prepare and review sales agreements
Requirements
- 2 years of experience in property management or real estate
- Solid knowledge of property laws
- Good communication skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Able to drive
- Strong negotiation skills
- Customer-focused with relationship-building ability.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving
Qualifications
- OND / HND qualification / BSc in Marketing, Business, and Real Estate
