Position: Project Manager

Job brief

We are seeking to hire a Project Manager who will coordinate construction projects in our organisation. The ideal candidate will ensure timely delivery of projects and ensure stakeholder satisfaction, manage and budget control, while managing diverse teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Ensure work is done efficiently
  • Coordinating project processes
  • Track the project’s progress
  • Provide solutions to issues on project sites
  • Ensure the satisfaction of stakeholders
  • Creating of budget
  • Supervise construction and design projects.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations
  • Periodical evaluation of the performance of the project
  • Managing various marketing campaigns

  • Attention to detail
  • 5 years in project management or infrastructure projects
  • Applicants must reside within the Lekki–Ajah axis

Qualification

  • B.Sc/B.Eng/B.Arch in Architecture, Project Management, Engineering or any related field
