Our client, a highly reputable operator in the Palm Plantation sector in Ondo State, is seeking to hire a reliable Farm Supervisor. The job holder will be required to work efficiently and ensure a smooth running of the daily activities of the farm production.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage daily operation
- Take part in work activities to reduce workload
- Coordinate workers
- Maintain accurate farm records
- Ensure good care of young birds
- Monitor crop growth
- Inspecting farm activity from time to time
- Train new workers
- Maintain a high level of quality control
- Implement pest control measures
Requirements

- Strong organisational skills
- Minimum of 2–4 years’ experience in farm management

Qualification
- BSc in Animal Science, Agriculture or any related courses
