Position: Receptionist

Job brief

We seek to hire an experienced Receptionist to manage our front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks. You will be the first point of contact for our visitors and clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as soon as they come in
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate office
  • Answer and forward incoming calls
  • Sorting mail
  • Keep updated records of office expenses
  • Scheduling of meeting
  • Keep inventory of stock
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy

Requirements

  • Proven work experience
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Good time management
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Well organised
  • Experience with administrative tasks
  • Must reside within Ajah
