Position: Regional Sales Manager
Job brief
We need a dedicated Regional Sales Manager to expand our customer base and achieve sales growth for specific districts of our organisation. As the regional sales manager, you will lead and drive regional sales strategies and ensure the achievement of sales volume and value targets in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Report on regional sales
- Communicating with the marketing team
- Give support to the marketing team
- Evaluate regional market trends
- Find new opportunities for expansion
- Executing sales goals
- Address potential problems
- Strategy on how to increase sales
- Build solid relationships with distributors
- Promoting the company’s brands
Requirements
- Excellent organisational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong leadership skills
- Proven work experience
- Minimum of 15 years of working experience in a similar role
- Team management skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
Qualification
- BSc in Sales, Marketing, or any related field
