Roles and Responsibilities

• Promote the company brand on various marketing channels
• Manage the design of promotional material
• Ensure that organisational objectives are achieved
• Oversee the digital marketing team
• Support sales objectives
• Network with industry experts
• Drive brand awareness
• Manage SEO, SEM, and paid social
• Lead CRM initiatives
• Drive customer acquisition

Requirements

• 6 years’ experience in growth marketing
• Strong knowledge in beauty and wellness
• Solid negotiation skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail
• Create brand Awareness
• Decision-making skills
• Proficiency with SEO, paid ads, and Google Analytics

Qualification

• BSc in Marketing, Communication or related field
