Position: General Manager
Job brief
We are seeking to hire a motivated and result-driven individual to take on the role of General Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong engineering experience and be able to lead a team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve the station’s objective
- Schedule and chair weekly management meetings
- Work with the marketing and design team
- Coordinating daily operations
- Observe activities to ensure compliance
- Manage the development and distribution of promotional materials
- Ensures the station has an online community presence
Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in engineering operations
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Time management
- Complex problem-solving skills
- Good decision-making
- Ability to motivate the team
- Good knowledge of digital marketing tools
- Monitor progress
- Leadership skills
- Ideal candidate must be a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers
Qualification
- BSc in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or any related discipline
