Position: General Manager

Job brief

We are seeking to hire a motivated and result-driven individual to take on the role of General Manager. The ideal candidate must have strong engineering experience and be able to lead a team.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a strategic plan to achieve the station’s objective
  • Schedule and chair weekly management meetings
  • Work with the marketing and design team
  • Coordinating daily operations
  • Observe activities to ensure compliance
  • Manage the development and distribution of promotional materials
  • Ensures the station has an online community presence

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 years’ experience in engineering operations
  • Attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Time management
  • Complex problem-solving skills
  • Good decision-making
  • Ability to motivate the team
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing tools
  • Monitor progress
  • Leadership skills
  • Ideal candidate must be a registered member of the Nigerian Society of Engineers

Qualification

  • BSc in Engineering, Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, or any related discipline
