Job brief
We seek to hire a dedicated Head of Operations to direct and oversee our organisation’s operations. Nevertheless, the ideal candidate must ensure smooth operations in all company activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Monitor production KPIs
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Manage daily operations
- Oversee supply chain management
- Coordinate and train staff
- Improve operational management systems
Requirements
- Able to manage cross-functional teams
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Leadership ability
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to oversee daily operations
- 5 years’ experience in operations, and 2 years in a leadership role within FMCG
Qualification
- BSc in Industrial Management, Food Technology, Business Administration or any related field
