Position: Facility and Operations Executive

Job Brief

We are seeking to hire an experienced Facility and Operations Executive to direct all related activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily operations of our healthcare facility.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage all facilities
  • Oversee the upkeep of equipment
  • Creating reports on maintenance and repairs
  • Allocate office space according to needs
  • Coordinate and plan essential services
  • Manage all routine maintenance
  • Reporting any damages
  • Ensure all building has safety exit points
  • Collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Oversee daily operations

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Coordinate the operations of the event planning centre
  • Excellent negotiating skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • 2 years working experience in facility management
  • Ability to coordinate and run maintenance
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Proficiency in facility management
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong negotiating skills

Qualification

  • BSc in Business Administration, Office Management, or anyother related field.
