Position: Human Resources Manager
Job brief
An indigenous company seeks to hire a dedicated Human Resources Manager who will oversee the well-being and work performance of the entire staff in our organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct the centre’s human resource department
- Advise in areas where needed
- Manage the entire administrative activities
- Build up a staff appraisal management system
- Keep up the staff development initiative
- Evaluate the recruitment request
- Control the allocation of human resources budgets
- Build any other HR policies according to the organisational necessity
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- Capability to work in a stressful environment
- Experience in the use of computer systems
- Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
- 10 years of relevant professional experience in human resources
- Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
