Job brief
A licensed finance company based in Lagos seek to hire a dedicated Loan Recovery Officer who will oversee and monitor loan recovery from customers that are yet to pay up their loan balance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the loan recovery plan
- Track the loan portfolio to
- Ensure customers adhere to repayment policies
- Review of credit facilities
- Regularly monitor overdue repayment
- Ensure customers are informed of the repayment due date
- Manage customer payment records
Requriements
- Loan recovery skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work independently
- 3 years of experience working in a Fintech
- Interpersonal Skills
- Strong customer Service skills
Qualification
- BSc in Business Administration, Banking and Finance, and Accounting
