Position: Branch Manager

We need a branch manager to oversee one of our branch operations. Therefore, the ideal candidate is expected to run the branch smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Run the branch as a profitable value centre
  • Ensure efficient utilisation of the resources allocated
  • Driving the revenue targets
  • Lead and motivate staff
  • Drive strategic initiatives as communicated by the executives
  • Maximising new business opportunities
  • Deepening existing relationship
  • Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel
  • Address customer satisfaction issues speedily
  • Delivering an exceptional customer experience

  • 5 years of experience in the insurance sector

Qualifications
