Position: Branch Manager
Job brief
We need a branch manager to oversee one of our branch operations. Therefore, the ideal candidate is expected to run the branch smoothly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Run the branch as a profitable value centre
- Ensure efficient utilisation of the resources allocated
- Driving the revenue targets
- Lead and motivate staff
- Drive strategic initiatives as communicated by the executives
- Maximising new business opportunities
- Deepening existing relationship
- Bring out the best of the branch’s personnel
- Address customer satisfaction issues speedily
- Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Requirements
- Sound judgement
- Result-driven
- Able to multitask
- Excellent dress sense
- Strong organisational skills
- Assists team members
- 5 years of experience in the insurance sector
- Good communication skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Insurance or a related field
