Position: Estate Management Officer

A real estate company located in Opebi, Lagos, requires the services of suitable and qualified persons for the role of an Estate Management Officer. The ideal candidate must be skilled in property management and maintenance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee all maintenance and repairs
  • Managing all administrative tasks
  • Managing gardening and domestic duties
  • Managing the daily operations of the estate
  • Ensuring jobs are performed as they are required
  • Meeting with the owner to discuss plans
  • Preparing, presenting, and managing budgets
  • Managing your team to keep the estate generally well-run
