Position: Human Resources Manager
Job brief
We seek to hire a Human Resources Manager for our client in the beauty & fashion sector to oversee all staff activities and manage company employment policies. Nevertheless, you are to drive initiatives that support our most valuable asset and ensure the smooth running of the organisation’s policies.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and advice
- Capability building to enhance team skills
- Direct all the centre’s human resource departments
- Advise in areas where needed
- Build up a staff appraisal management system
- Keep up the staff development initiative
- Evaluate the recruitment request
- Control the allocation of human resources budgets
- Lead end-to-end recruitment
- Build any other HR policies according to the organisation
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Fluency in English
- Good presentation skills
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Good understanding of national labour laws
- The capability to work in a stressful environment
- Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
- Minimum of 5 years of working experience in human resources
- A member of CIPMN
- Experience in the fashion industry is compulsory
Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, social science, or any related discipline
