Position: Fleet Supervisor
Job Brief
We need a reliable Fleet Supervisor who will be responsible for our fleet. The ideal candidate will have maintained detailed records of vehicle servicing. Inspect and schedule vehicle maintenance.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ensure drivers adhere to schedules
- Coordinate daily operations of the fleet
- Oversee repairs and servicing of vehicles
- Keep good records of vehicle registrations
- Create strategies for fuel efficiency
- Manage fleet expenses
- Educate drivers on safety procedures
- Resolve complaints related to fleet operations
- Ensure vehicles are well-maintained
Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong understanding of vehicle maintenance
- Problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Develop and implement cost-effective solutions
- Ability to analyse data with ease
Qualification
- BSC, HND in related field
