Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice
• Capability building to enhance team skills
• Direct all the centre’s human resource departments
• Advise in areas where needed
• Build up a staff appraisal management system
• Keep up the staff development initiative
• Evaluate the recruitment request
• Control the allocation of human resources budgets
• Lead end-to-end recruitment
• Build any other HR policies according to the organisation

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Good understanding of national labour laws
• The capability to work in a stressful environment
• Experience in the use of computer systems
• Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience in human resources
• A member of CIPMN

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, social science, or any related discipline
