Position: Branch Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a dedicated branch manager to oversee the performance of our staff in one of our branches in Warri. Nevertheless, you are to ensure the smooth operations of the branch, responsible for staff training and ensuring growth and customer satisfaction in the branch.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise branch employees
- Solve problems for customers
- Help customers and staff solve problems
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch
- Meet goals and metrics
- Locate areas of improvement
- Adhere to high ethical standards
- Oversee branch budget
Requirements

- Ability to analyse financial data
- 5 years of working experience as a manager in a Microfinance institution
