Position: Finance Manager
Job Brief
We seek to hire a financial Manager to join our team and manage the company’s finances. The ideal job holder will also record and help analyse the organisation’s financial data.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Producing financial reports
- Provide oversight
- Liaising with external auditors
- Developing long-term business plans
- Reviewing works done by the finance team
- Advising the organisation on financial issues
- Provide insights about spending trends
- Create strategic business plans
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting
Requirements
- An analytical mind
- Commercial and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to use accounting software like QuickBooks
- 5 years of progressive experience in a similar role
- Provide strategic advice
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the company
Qualification
- BSc in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a similar financial field
