Position: Hotel General Supervisor
Job Brief
We seek to hire an experienced Hotel General Supervisor who will oversee the daily operations of our hotel and ensure smooth running. The job holder is expected to possess good leadership skills and be able to lead and direct team members.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage the operational functions of the hotel
- Work with external parties such as suppliers
- Develop an efficient marketing strategy
- Regularly inspect facilities
- Supervise work at all levels
- Coordinate all stocktaking
- Meeting budgets and exceeding revenue targets
- Ensure that the Management Team is trained appropriately
- Liaising closely with the sales and revenue team
- Control costs to coincide with revenues
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar position
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask
- Leadership and liaison skills
- Great attention to detail
- Resilience
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Qualification
- BSc or HND in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
