Job Brief
We seek to hire an Internal Communications Manager to oversee all Internal Communication affairs and build a strong communications team.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Create a quarterly employee newsletter
- Develop staff Surveys
- Create a channel where staff can speak freely
- Work closely with HR and the management team
- Manage corporate LinkedIn and social media platforms
- Act as a reporter for the executive management team
Requirement
- 5 years of work experience in a similar role
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Good writing skills
- Ability to work without any supervision
Qualification
- BSc in related fields
