Job Brief

We are seeking to hire a chief operating officer to improve our organizational operations for one of our clients. However, the ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of delivery services to external and internal customers. Help scale operations and optimize efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate organizational growth
  • Encourage staff and train head of departments
  • Provide strong financial assistance for the running of the organization
  • Create an organizational yearly operating strategy
  • Oversee the progress and distribution of financial information
  • Collaborate with Risk Management
  • Create and implement operational strategies
  • Provides effective communication channel

Requirements

  • 10 years’ work experience in senior leadership position
  • Experience in hospitality, banking, technology, healthcare, or FMCG
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to motivate staff
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills

Qualification

  • BSc in Accounting, Finance and Management
