Position: Human Resources and Admin Manager

Job Brief

We need the services of a Human Resources and Admin Manager with a good track record in Human Resources to be part of our dedicated team. The job holder will oversee and direct all human functions across the company from recruitment to performance reviews, wage reviews, disciplinary action

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Carrying out necessary administrative duties
  • Resolving employee conflicts and grievances
  • Provided technical support and advice
  • Capability building to enhance team skills
  • Direct all centre human resource departmental
  • Advise in areas where needed
  • Build up staff appraisal management system
  • Maintain staff development initiative
  • Comply with labor laws
  • Direct the allocation of human resources budgets

Requirements

  • knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Good understanding of national labour laws
  • Capability to work in a stressful environment
  • Experience in the usage of computer systems
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Fluency in English
  • Competence to develop and effectively direct interpersonal relationships
  • Membership in a relevant professional body will be an added advantage
  • Knowledge of project management

  • BSc in Business Administration
