Job Brief
Our client needs an experienced Chief Operating Officer to manage our operational and administrative functions. As the chief operating officer, you will be in charge of all departments and ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
Roles and Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations
- Working closely with heads of department
- Spot areas for process improvement
- Provide reports of daily operations to the CEO
- Analyzing internal operations
- Oversee capital investments and expenses
- Evaluate staff performance
- Promote company culture and vision
- Implement business strategies and plans
- Set up comprehensive goals for growth
Requirements
- 5 years working experience in a similar role
- ACA, ACCA or MCIB is a must
- Strong leadership skills
- Ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Proven experience as Chief Operating Officer
- Interpersonal skills
Qualification
- BSc/B. Teach or HND or any related fields
