Position: Medical Officer
Job Brief
We are recruiting to fill the position of a Medical Officer in Ilesa Osun State Nigeria to manage our medical team and coordinate the healthcare services at Daniel Adewole Awe Medical Center.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Health Centre
- Provide medical cover for emergencies
- Attend to patients
- Carry out medical procedures
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations
- Collaborate with nurses
- Serve as the medical consultant
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of the hospital
- Attend to emergency cases
- Mentoring healthcare professionals
Requirements
- Must have surgical experience
- Ability to attend to emergency cases
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Work closely with cross-functional team
- 2 years’ work experience post NYSC
- Good communication skills
- Ensure patients are well treated before discharge
