Position: Assistant Manager
Job Brief
We are a household product in Nigeria. We seek to hire an Assistant Manager to assist the manager in hiring and training other team members. Nevertheless, you will also assist in ensuring the team sticks to organizational policies. Furthermore, as the assistance manager of the Palm Plantation you are responsible for supporting the overall management and the operations unit.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conclude daily data operation work in the financial system
- Provide direction to all employees

- Taking disciplinary action when necessary
- Maintaining an overall management style of the company
- Ensuring the organization’s policies are followed
- Managing the retail inventory
