Job Brief
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to oversee our front desk and perform various administrative and clerical tasks.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Welcome guests as soon as they come in
- Direct visitors to the appropriate office
- Answer and forward incoming calls
- Sorting mail
- Keep updated records of office expenses
- Scheduling of meeting
- Keep inventory of stock
- Provide excellent customer service
- Assisting with various administrative tasks
- Ensure the reception area is tidy
Requirements
- Proven work experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Good time management
- Able to do flexible shifts
- Well organized
- Strong knowledge of the hospitality industry
- Experience with administrative task
