Job Brief

We are looking for a Brand and Marketing Manager to manage all marketing activities and create brand awareness. As the job holder you are to ensure that the organization’s branding efforts are in line with its overall objective. Nevertheless, you are to work closely with other departments to promote marketing campaigns.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and execute marketing plans
• Promote the company’s brand
• Conduct market research
• Understand customer behavior
• Identify the target markets
• Oversee advertising campaigns
• Develop relationships with media houses

Requirements

• Able to create compelling marketing content

• Able to enhance brand awareness

• Ability to lead a team
• Work setting Monday to Friday 8 am – 6 pm some Saturdays as the job requires

Qualification

• BSc in Mass Communications or Public Relations
