Position: Finance Manager
Job Brief
We seek to hire a financial Manager to be part of our team to manage the company’s finances, to also record and analyze the financial data of the organisation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Producing financial reports
- Provide oversight
- Liaising with external auditors
- Developing long-term business plans
- Reviewing works done by the finance team
- Advising the organization on financial issues
- Provide insights about spending trends
- Create strategic business plans
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting
- Monitor and enforce compliance with tax and financial reporting
Requirements
- An analytical mind
- Commercial and business acumen
- Ability to work effectively
- Strong presentation skills
- Ability to manage a team
- Strong technical accounting knowledge
- Ability to use accounting software like Quickbooks
- Work days: Mondays to Saturdays
- Provide strategic advice
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of the company
Qualification
- BS.c in Accounting, Banking and Finance, Economics, or a similar financial field
