Job Brief
Our client in the hospitality sector in Lagos and Abuja seeks to hire a skilled hotel manager to join our delegated team. As the hotel manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the hotel and managing the hotel staff.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Ability to manage the hotel successfully
- Liaise with the marketing and sales team
- Increase hotel revenue
- Handle guest complaints
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinate the maintenance and upkeep of the hotel property
- Monitor industry trends and adjust operations accordingly
- Take care of financial performance and ensure profitability
- Oversee the maintenance and the upkeeping of hotel facilities
- Ability to comply with every legal and regulatory requirements
Requirements
- Take responsibility for managing the hotel
- Proven experience as a Manager or relevant role
- Good customer service skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Effective communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Exhaustive understanding of the business
- Problem-solving
- Ability to multi-task
