Position: Human Resources Manager

Job Brief

Our client a manufacturing company based in Abuja Nigeria needs a Human Resources Manager to oversee all the activities of staff and manage company employment policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advice
• Capability building to enhance team skills
• Direct all center human resource departmental
• Advise in areas where needed
• Build up staff appraisal management system
• Keep up staff development initiative
• Evaluate the recruitment request
• Control the allocation of human resources budgets
• Build any other HR policies according to the organizational necessity

Requirements

• Proven leadership skills
• Fluency in English
• Good presentation skills
• Knowledge of HR systems and databases
• Good understanding of national labor laws
• Capability to work in a stressful environment
• Experience in the usage of computer system
• Excellent skills in handling and advising in people management
• Minimum of 8 years working experience in human resources
• A member of CIPMN

Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, social science, or any related discipline
