Position: Branch Manager
Job Brief
We are looking for a dedicated branch manager to oversee the performance of other employees who work in your branches. Furthermore, you are to ensure the smooth operations of the branch, responsible for staff training and ensure growth and customer satfisfation in the branch.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Supervise branch employees
- Solve problems for customers
- Help customers and staff solve problems
- Direct all operational aspects of the branch
- Meet goals and metrics
- Locate areas of improvement
- Adhere to high ethical standards
- Oversee branch budget
Requirements
- Must be proactive

- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to analyse financial data
- Minimum of 5 years working experience as a manager in a Microfinance

- BS.c / HND in any relevant field
