Job Brief
We need a Business Development Manager who will develop and implement Business plans and strategies for our company. The successful candidate will help identify marketing trends.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Increase our business services
- Identifying marketing trends
- Arranging business meetings with prospective clients
- Promoting the company’s products
- Keep records of clients
- Observing the market competitors
- Promoting the company’s existing brands
- Maintain existing relationships with clients
- Generating new business leads
- Identify business opportunities
Requirements
- Good organizational skills
- Excellent communication skill
- Ability to motivate team
- Competency in Microsoft application
- Attention to detail
- Sales and marketing assistant experience
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- 4 years of working experience in the marine sector
- Must have core sales experience
- Ability to work under pressure
Qualification
- BSc in Engineering or any related Science courses
- Second Class Degree is required
