Job Brief

We are searching for a qualified HMO Manager to join our growing practice. This role requires a dedicated person to coordinate the health maintenance organizations relationships with insurance companies. Nevertheless, you are to ensure the efficient and smooth running of the HMO system.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain good relationships with clients
• Negotiate deals and  Liaise with customers
• Manage healthcare provider network
• Oversee member services activities
• Managing the core business of the company
• Liaise with the Management team
• Ensure that the conditions attached to every HMO license are being maintained

Requirements

• Good knowledge of HMO Operations
• Leadership skills
• Ability to multitask
• Experience working with a health insurance organization
• Good understanding of risk assessment
• Attention to details
• Excellent communication skills
